MICRODIA MMCmobile™ Cards
MMCmobile™ Card, is in a reduced size MultiMediaCard form factor (24 x 18 x 1.4mm). The MMCmobile™ operates at both 1.70-1.95V and 2.7-3.6V ranges. The smaller size and dual operating voltage range are ideal for mobile phone and other portable device applications where space saving and extended battery life are essential. They are the next generation RS-MMC™, with ultra fast read and write speeds of up to 30.0MB/sec and 100% guaranteed backwards compatibility with all RS-MMC™, SD™, and MMC™ compatible card application.
