GITEX Technology Week 2007
September 9 to 12, 2007

Booth Location: G10-2, Sheikh Maktoum Hall
Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre
Dubai, UAE

GITEX Technology Week 2007 ("GITEX") was a productive and successful event for MICRODIA. This year's exhibition attracted well over 133,000 visitors and provided MICRODIA with many excellent business prospects. It was also a good opportunity to demonstrate our sincerity in investing in Dubai and across the Middle East region.

During the exhibition, MICRODIA held meetings with targeted media, trade visitors and partners, discussing the company's plans and strategy for the Middle East. Additionally, MICRODIA exhibited its full range of flash memory cards, offering the world's fastest read/write speeds and highest capacities, including the new XTRA ELITE 300X series (up to 45.0 MB/sec read/write speeds), and the world's first 16GB SDHC flash memory card.

"We have always received good results from GITEX over the years, and 2007 was no exception. Visitor quality was excellent, being much more targeted and focused this year," said Brad Maurer, Sales & Marketing Director (International) at MICRODIA. "GITEX is one of the key events we participate in each year to meet with existing customers, launch new products, find new distribution partners and build our overall brand. We were very successful in all of these during GITEX 2007."

Marketing Information Estimates show that the Middle East and North Africa ("MENA") IT market is set to grow from US$6.9 billion (2003) to US$13.4 billion (2008). The MENA region is currently the third fastest growing IT market in the world after India and China. MICRODIA expects strong growth in the regions for many years to come.

The next "MICRODIA at GITEX" is set for October 2008, in Dubai.
