Shifted from Beijing to Shanghai for the first time, the Imaging Expo/Interphoto 2006 made a successful debut in the heart of China. More then 62,000 visitors and 150 Exhibitors representing 26 countries were attracted to this 4-day event. Buyers from around the globe including Australia, Belgium, Brazil, France, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Italy and more participated besides local buyers.
MICRODIA showcased their latest range of memory cards emphasizing on the World's fastest read/write speeds of 24MB/Sec (160X) XTRAPro series. The World's highest capacity, the 16GB CF cards and 8GB SD cards gained huge response from the expo audiences.
The highlight of the event was no doubt Mr. Simon Yam's visit to MICRODIA 's booth on the 15th of July. Mr. Yam who is a celebrity photographer and one of Hong Kong's hottest stars presented his latest photo-exhibition and also created a heightened atmosphere with the audiences and the press alike.
