Receptionist & Administrator

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Handle telephone calls.
    • Greet and serve clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Provide office administrative support e.g. general clerical work, courier arrangement, filing and mail service, etc.
    • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements :

    • F.5 or above, preferably a certificate holder of commercial study.
    • 1 - 2 years relevant experience.
    • Fluent spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
    • Good telephone manner and communication skills.
    • Initiative, pleasant and helpful personality, responsible, reliable and systematic.
    • Proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
