Receptionist & Administrator
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle telephone calls.
- Greet and serve clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide office administrative support e.g. general clerical work, courier arrangement, filing and mail service, etc.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- F.5 or above, preferably a certificate holder of commercial study.
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience.
- Fluent spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Good telephone manner and communication skills.
- Initiative, pleasant and helpful personality, responsible, reliable and systematic.
- Proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
