Personal Assistant to CEO
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in business development activities.
- Handle correspondence and assignments independently and professionally in a tight schedule.
- Coordinate events and meetings with senior executives.
- Assist the CEO to develop and implement systems to improve operation efficiency & productivity.
- Minutes, reports and the preparation of the presentation materials is needed.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Master holder in business related disciplines.
- Min 10 yrs of working experience in serving senior executives, in MNCs or sizeable companies is an advantage.
- Excellent command of bother oral and written English and Chinese and business Putunghua is essential.
- Analytical mind, good common sense and sensitive to numbers.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, track projects and follow through with assigned tasks.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs: Excel, Power Point, Word and Chinese Processing.
- Willing to travel occasionally with senior executives internationally including Europe, Asia & Americas.
- We are also in need of Personal Assistants with language skills in Japanese, Russian, as well as other European Languages.
