Operations Manager / Asst. Operations Manager / Operations Assistant
Job Responsibilities :
- Work closely with senior management to plan, organize and manage the overall operational activities covering Order Follow-Up,
Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Vendor Selection, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Warehousing, Shipment, Delivery,
Customer Service, After-Sales Service, RMA Policy & Control, etc.
- Responsible for overall performance of the operations in meeting the defined operational targets and goals between various departments.
- Formulate and implement an effective operational flow, to meet company's goals and targets, as well as objectives.
- Formulate and implement the strategic development plan to enhance operational performance.
- Formulate and implement a proper office administration system, which serves to form the core infrastructure in managing the Company.
- Provide HR and Administration advisory and consultative documents.
- To lead, coach and motivate subordinates in their skill/knowledge development to
contribute effectively towards the achievement of the company's objective and growth.
- Responsible for cost control and cost savings in every stage of the company's operations.
- Coordinate with responsible departments for its resolution and response to customers in a timely manner.
- To promote quality, environmental and safety awareness.
- To execute other duties as defined by the superior.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering/Mechanical/Manufacturing Management/Business Administrations or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing industry and similar managerial position.
(Semiconductor Assembly and SMT Manufacturing experience will be a plus.)
- Commercial and Creative mindset and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks while leading and developing the Company.
- Familiar and experience in Six-Sigma, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D and DOE.
- Knowledge and well versed experience in ISO9001 & QS9000 and ISO/TS16949.
- Possess good team leading skills and able to motivate people & self-motivated.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees across all departments.
- Strong analytical and organizing skills.
- Experienced in setting up and leading a team.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, proficiency in spoken Mandarin & Cantonese.
- Immediate available is preferred.
- Willing to work overtime.
