HR & Admin Manager / Asst. HR & Admin Manager / HR & Admin Officer

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Provide high quality R&S services to internal customers, mainly for Sales & Marketing positions and managerial level.
    • Work closely with the functional managers to understand business need and provide professional HR advice and services to achieve short or long-term goals.
    • Manage recruitment process, staff orientation and exit checking process / interview and job description review.
    • Formulate, implement and execute a sound HR management system, C & B programs, policy and regulation etc to ensure the efficiency of the operations for the company.
    • Manage staff development and training programs and other HR initiatives/projects to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide HR reports and analysis on a regular basis for management monitoring, review and decision-making.
    • Create, demonstrate and maintain strong relationship and morale between employee and the company.
    • Demonstrate strong employee relationship and morale.
    • Manage general office administration, office renovation/maintenance, company events, and other ad hoc admin. projects.

    Job Requirements :

    • University graduate preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
    • At least 5 years HR experience in MNCs or sizable companies, preferably over 2 years in managerial role. Strong in recruitment and selection will be an advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Mature, diplomatic and flexible with strong commitment in career.
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin.
    • Knowledge and experience in dealing with HR affairs in Greater China or Overseas an advantage but not a MUST.
