HR & Admin Manager / Asst. HR & Admin Manager / HR & Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide high quality R&S services to internal customers, mainly for Sales & Marketing positions and managerial level.
- Work closely with the functional managers to understand business need and
provide professional HR advice and services to achieve short or long-term goals.
- Manage recruitment process, staff orientation and exit checking process / interview and job description review.
- Formulate, implement and execute a sound HR management system, C & B programs,
policy and regulation etc to ensure the efficiency of the operations for the company.
- Manage staff development and training programs and other HR initiatives/projects to achieve business objectives.
- Provide HR reports and analysis on a regular basis for management monitoring, review and decision-making.
- Create, demonstrate and maintain strong relationship and morale between employee and the company.
- Demonstrate strong employee relationship and morale.
- Manage general office administration, office renovation/maintenance, company events, and other ad hoc admin. projects.
Job Requirements :
- University graduate preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
- At least 5 years HR experience in MNCs or sizable companies, preferably over 2 years in managerial role.
Strong in recruitment and selection will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, diplomatic and flexible with strong commitment in career.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin.
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with HR affairs in Greater China or Overseas an advantage but not a MUST.
